Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation and payment. Processing time is usually 1–2 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time may vary based on your location and courier logistics:

  • Inside Sylhet: 1 – 3 business days

  • Outside Sylhet: 2 – 3 business days

Unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, traffic, courier delays, or national events. We always try to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery area and courier rates. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned where applicable.

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and area details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or cancellation. Orders may require address verification before dispatch.

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, it is marked as “Shipped”. Handling and delivery are then managed by the courier company.

After shipment, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link by SMS, Email, or Messenger. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website or tracking portal.

Couriers may attempt delivery one or more times. If a delivery attempt fails due to unreachable contact, wrong address, or refusal to receive, the order may be returned or cancelled.

International delivery is currently not available. Our service is limited to shipping within Bangladesh. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.

We work with reliable third-party courier companies for nationwide delivery. For shipment-related inquiries after dispatch, you may contact the courier directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us for support.
